Glenfield Park is located on the south side of Montclair on Bloomfield Avenue between Maple Ave. and Woodland Ave.

Directions

Traveling from Holland tunnel, Newark and East Orange New Jersey via 280
follow signs going towards the Oranges. Keep to your right going into local traffic from 280 look at signs for Harrison Ave. Make a right onto Harrison Ave. straight across to Washington St. to Thomas Blvd (all one straight ride) Thomas Blvd divides into Orange Road and Ridgewood Ave. Bear to the right onto Ridgewood Ave. (Glenridge NJ) drive forward till you see Woodland Ave. on your left, turn left (Train Station , Bank) drive forward going towards Montclair, Glenfield Park is on right hand side, find parking spot.

Traveling from NYC Lincoln tunnel Route 3, take Route 3 East till you get to Grove Street exit follow off ramp you will see a sign pointing towards Montclair-Paterson turn to your left, if you go to your right you will be heading towards Paterson. Follow Grove Street (you will pass Applegate Farms Ice Cream) forward to Bloomfield Ave. Turn left at Commerce Bank going towards Maple Ave., you will see a gas station on your left, Maple Ave is on the right. Make that right at Glenfield school, drive forward, park is on the left hand side, find parking spot.

Traveling from Parkway North or South follow signs till you see Montclair Bloomfield exit. Traveling from the South get off at Montclair Bloomfield exit drive forward you must cross Bloomfield Ave. staying to your left follow hook and pass gas station make a right onto Bloomfield Ave. follow Bloomfield Ave. to Montclair. As soon as you enter Montclair make left turn onto Maple Ave.

Traveling from Parkway North follow signs to Montclair Bloomfield exit at exit drive forward (you will pass gas station if you keep straight you will be heading towards Parkway South) to Bloomfield Ave. Make a right turn onto Bloomfield Ave. follow into Montclair. As soon as you enter Montclair make left turn onto Maple Ave.

Buses

The following buses can be caught from Newark New Jersey Penn Station should one travel by New Jersey Transit train, Path Train or Amtrak (check station of departure for fares). The 34, 11, 28 and 29 all travel to Montclair, the cost is $2.00 one way $4.00 round trip.

34 Montclair - can be caught on the left hand side outside of Penn Station on Market Street catch bus to Elm Street and Elmwood Ave. Montclair. (ask Bus driver to stop at location) get off and walk down Elmwood Ave. directly into Glenfield Park.

11, 28 or 29 can be caught from Newark Penn Station on the right hand side outside of Penn station on Raymond Blvd. near Mcdonalds traveling up Bloomfield Ave. Catch any of these buses to Montclair getting off at the Bloomfield Ave. Maple Ave. stop, get off at stop cross street to Glenfield School, walk past school towards park.

33 Decamp - tickets can be purchased at Decamp booth in Port Authority NYC between 43rd and 42nd street. The cost is $5.95 one way $11.90 round trip . Bus travels directly into Montclair. Get off at Bloomfield ave and Maple Ave. (bus driver will stop if requested) cross street walk past Glenfield School towards park.
